The ninth floor, with plenty of left over feeling from its past days as a culture school,
was divided mainly into a mid-sized room used to screen interviews of participating artists and a cluster of small rooms used for individual exhibitions.
In the cluster of small rooms were the traces of manga, anime, illustration,
fashion, media art, contemporary art, live painting, street art, etc..
Installations in these individually closed off rooms that used different products in their expressions were particularly interesting.
One was able to feel the influence of the internet as well as the world of digital format.
In the mid-sized room, one was able to sit down and relax.
It had just the right calm atmosphere for taking a break and watching some videos after walking through out the nine story building.
